Missing Rewards

My first pledge was Citizen Pledge @ 550 03/05/16
I later upgraded my pledge to Knight @ 800 03/25/16
After that I did one more upgrade to Knight Marshal @ 1200 04/09/16
If I go to any bank I have tax free town lot deed, tower deed, town 2 story basement, vendor , and wizard tower village. I am missing the Knight Village Deed, The Edelmann Village Deed, and the rewards that should show with those tier level pledges.

 

I'm missing A row house deed.

(Does not include Property Deeds and Duplicated Rewards from lower pledges except where noted)

Meaning: You DO NOT get to carry FORWARD lower level PLEDGES from PRIOR purchases/up-grades. This Includes ALL prior Pledge Purchases (Property Deeds etc.) Rewards also .... Unless otherwise noted.

e.g. ( Free Vendor is considered as a DUPLICATE Reward, Bank Slots are UPGRADED to that amount in the Knight Marshall List...180 TOTAL "No More".

Includes All Rewards (except where noted) From:
Adventurer, Immortal Adventurer, Founder, Royal Artisan, Virtual Collector, Explorer, Collector, Patron, Ancestor, Navigator, Developer, Citizen, Edelmann, and Knight.

Your Entitled to ALL the "Citizen to Knight Marshall" Rewards but NOT Duplicate Rewards. Hope this helps.
