Not showing for me and I put in plenty. Not too worried though... I know it'll happen.

 

It will show up after the shobijin sing.

I don't see the rewards listed, either.

 

Last telethon the rewards didn't show on my page for a month or two. They'll come in time. Don't worry!

 

I bought store credit also, mabey those arnt showing.

But im not loosing sleep over it .

 

Joining in the chorus of I don't have my butterfly yet, but looking at @Link_of_Hyrule 's screenshot I have a quick question about the Darkstarr rewards - were those one of the things where you had to be past a certain pledge level by a certain date to get them? I know I had a metronome at one point but I don't have it any more, can anyone confirm the date and the pledge level?

I'm not seeing a way on my account page to see on what dates I upgraded my pledge so I'll have to dig through my emails. Probably I missed whatever cutoff it was, but I thought the metronome was pretty cool so worth checking

 

its Not list in my account either under the " Special Rewards" Tab

 

For awhile just about everyone was getting them, but they went in and adjusted to show proper credit. If ur due them then support ticket, if u had them for a while and dont now then welcome to the club.

 

Well yes, what I am looking for at the moment is the information I need to work out whether or not I am due them.

Thanks. I also found this post. Looks like I'm out of luck as my pledge dates from 7 months after the expiration date Maybe, one day, they'll let us craft them in game

 

People sell them rather often in the Player Market.

 

I am missing them as well, and the looks of it many other items from my original pledge.

 

I am missing them and I actually bought add on store items as well. I know they'll figure it out though.

 

I'm sure there is just some section of the database that got missed when they were flagging who should receive the rewards. They'll get to the bottom of it.

I intentionally waited until after FireLotus said we could start and I purchased a $5 gift card AND a row lot ... I used partial gift cards and cash for the row lot but strictly cash for the $5 gift card... total investment during the event with new money was over $50 on this account and over $150 on all 5 accounts. I haven't taken the time to check the other accounts yet...

 

i purchased a founder pledge that was before whatever the cutoff date was for the darkstarr pledge rewards and got it merged into my account. today looking for these rewards, i also noticed my darkstarr pledge rewards were also missing.

i've submitted a helpdesk ticket to try and get them back, as they did officially agree on the cutoff date and that i received them. - i'd recommend emailing support@portalarium.com asking for reinstatement as well, as it is clearly not a single incident, and more widespread than they may assume.

 

Some of the items were transferrable before and aren't now... just to add that clarification before getting people hopeful. I don't know about these but from what I understand some cannot be transferred to a new account anymore.

 

This is true. The darkstarr rewards after a certain point moved from the reward page (where the hats and telethon items are) to the add-on page and are fully tradeable/giftable. So there is a chance you may have purchased an account that was elligible at one point but the darkstarr items were not still on the account.
