Is this really a "Large Writing Desk"? Kind of disappointed.

Don't get me wrong. As far as the design and artwork. I am pleased. Its just when I saw the actual size my heart sank. Then I realized it must be a bug or the coding for the size got messed up. Please tell me I am correct.

 

I'd be more concerned about those hideous walls.

 

The small writing desk is perfect for this spot.

 

Yep. I was expecting a roll top design, not that this one isn't nice, it is.

 

I've got the perfect spot for either of them.

 

So perhaps they should call it a small writing desk and give us a larger version as well?

 

I see that this one is actually the desk that is made using the "Small Writing Desk" recipe. The one that Lockey made using the "Large Writing Desk" recipe would not fit in that space - however, it is only about 1 "square" wider. So her desk might be considered a "medium" writing desk. It would still be nice to have a larger version that would work for the larger houses.

 

I'm more concerned about all these red-ish furniture pieces bleeding their stain onto the walls and floor...

 

That's "Camera Effects" in the options. I've complained many times about the color being too much. I've been ignored.

 

That's unfortunate because it looks like a$$.

It's a toss up which looks worse. The first looks like really bad 3d from 2001 and the second looks like...I already told you what it looks like.

Shadows (if that's what they are supposed to be) should be varying transparencies of grayscale, not the color of the object.

 

Not sure what the pictures on the Metronome have to do with the desk. This is about the desk. Not the metronome.
