    I feel like I'm left out here because I don't need to learn it as I already know it all off by heart lol spending almost 300+ hours playing u5 back in the day I learned ruinic quite quickly as it was the only way to get around in the game without having to spend annoying time translating signs but it was very enjoyable at the same time and being young at the time my brain was still spungy like so I was able to soak up the language pretty quick.

    kudos on the game though, it will be good seeing people use the language in game if possible

    @Solaris Aeternum Chances are you don't need to "install" the game. The installer is just to install DirectX 9.0c, which this game needs to run, but if you have had your computer for a while, and you've already installed other games on it, chances are you already have DirectX 9.0c installed on your computer, so you can just download the game and run it directly without installation.

    Still hard for me. Ch type sounds are hard to read for me. I lose track of the words. I'm not super great at runic yet and I still have to think about a few characters, but when I tried to read a runic book in Hometown I discovered I best need a lot more practice.

    The Viking runic converter is a good idea. It reminds me of my 3 year old on the fly SOTA runic converter at http://sotamuseum.com/Shroud_of_the_Avatar/RunicLanguage/

    Check out the flash card runic learning system too. It may help you learn runic.
