I think this will largely happen with the instance sorting logic once the game is live and has tons more players that necessitate more instances everywhere.

 

My interpretation of this text was that it had jewelS (plural) suitable for enchanting, and it comes with a light enchantment. The other items are one jewel/gem = one enchantment. So I assumed that meant this item could be enchanted further. It is slightly better than a starter weapon, but if you're willing to craft (or pay a crafter) it can enhanced further.

But in game I don't believe it can be currently.

I would really like an answer to this question. It means the difference between whether I will play the offline mode or not.

 

Would it not be possible to have both taxable and tax-free deeds available offline, with the purchase price being the only factor? Seems like if folks really want to be able to play SotA Monopoly, it should be possible.

With info agra gave on weapon durability loss, you can kill multi thousands of creatures before the weapon needs its first COTO repair. Coto's will be purchasable with in-game gold and willprep your weaponfor thousands of further uses.

And ive been told deelipers want to further crank down durability loss rate on weapons, so the weapon affinity should be useable once it is achieved, for a good time after its achieved.

Also, the 1000 kills was an example. That number, too, will be tunedtofit the rarity they desire while still remaining plausible.

 

We may lower taxes or possibly even remove them for offline mode. Right now we're focusing on R32 and Final Wipe, and will revisit this balance in offline mode afterward.

@DarkStarr - Regarding Pets!

The NPC limits were set 11 months ago and you had stated that you hoped to increase the number, is it still realistic to expect this number to increase, and by how many? I think I have around 20 pets at the moment that I'd like to have in my home. Right now even the highest limit (LotM = 6) doesn't accomodate the pets just from the Edelmann Tier alone (3 living pets, 3 clockwork pets, 1 Deutsche Dogge). Not to mention copious numbers of Add-on store pets that have been released over time.

Please consider removing this restriction or greatly relaxing it once you enter the basement of a lot! I hope we are later able to have far more pets inside the house at a later date, but the basement seems a low-impact area to allow us to visit with the rest of our pets

You have posted there are 20+ pets, assuming we have collected them, can we please have a way to place them?

Currently one cannot even place all the pets in the pledge reward store. You had posted a wish to increase NPC limits a few releases ago - do we have any idea what the limits may eventually be?

 

Agreed, no cat lady who live in a village home only have 2 cats.

Yes please! I kind of feel bad having to choose which of my loving pets to display on my lot and having to keep the rest taking up space in a chest or in the bank.

Lots have an in game currency tax that must be paid monthly or the lot reverts to being for sale and the Lot Deed is returned to the owner. Backers at Ancestor level and above receive a tax exempt Lot Deed but the lot can still revert after an extended amount of inactivity (4 months at Ancestor level, 5 months at Citizen level, and an additional month per level after that).
