Reward Delivery Issues: Fixes incoming

I don't have received the Artisan Tools and the Supply Cache.

 

I had one that one 12 secs late becauue of internet traffic. I was hoping to hit 150k to get the baby dragon/drake

 

I haven't received my tax free row lot deed and I am not sure if it has been fixed or if I wasn't meant to receive it. I met the aug 31st deadline (Benefactor) in 2015 to obtain the row lot then I upgraded that ancestor pledge to Edelman (within last 3 months) to receive the village lot deed as well. I was under the impression that I would keep the commission free row lot deed as well as obtain commission free village lot because I had the 'ancestor' pledge purchased prior to the August 31, 2o15 deadline.

@Bryweyh Lot deeds do not stack. You will only obtain the village lot deed and all the houses.

 

I don't seem to have received the Artisan Tool bag and the Supply Cache as far as im aware that is all...

i did panic buy the other set of prospertiy tools just to please my pre-planning OCD...OMG NO Artisan Tanning Blade *Panic*..!!

 

This is the case with my purchases also Xanowrath, all the purchases I made during the telethon show time stamps AFTER midnight -- and I live in the same time zone as Austin. However the receipts e-mailed to me upon purchase reflect the correct times. I would imagine Port. is aware of this issue, but glad you brought it up.

If we can get a heads up when all the fixes are in, that would be really awesome. I have a Viking city bundle stacked with a RF Duke and a POT... my bank list is ridiculous... I'm going to need to schedule some time to checklist all the rewards.

 

Aye, that would be nice. Still no crafting stations (12)or artisan tools(20) for me when I checked So it's not fixed for those yet.

 

Just gone through all mine using the rewards spreadsheet.

The ones i had missing or knew would be missing were :-

Suppply cache (which i presume everyone is missing from reading above.)
Lord Cloak,discord orb,3 reagent plants (only got 2),scepter and royal orb (all of which i presume i dont get as the pledge below me had expired at the time - cloak is main dissapointment for me has i only have a knight cloak because one doesn't come with lord marshall pledge itself but hey ho.)
Port amp (which i think i read will be in next release)
and all telethon items which i have no clue

 

I too am missing my tax free row lot.

 

Do Prosperity tools not stack or is it this issue. I am a duke and I have a Viking village bundle. I only got 6 prosperity tools which matchs the Viking Bundle.

 

Oh man I am so glad I'm not the only one missing a decent sized chunk of stuff haha

 

The pledge and the bundle are different items - everything in the bundle should be there regardless of what you have in your pledge; at least, that's how I understood things when I got my bundle.

 

Latest patch seems to have delivered the crafting tools and stations - still no luck on all the rest of the missing items though.

We just pushed a fix to live. Everyone should now be receiving their crafting stations and artisan tools.

Indeed, but still missing the Supply Cache.. Which soon will be useless since people are leveling past starting stuff

 

The Founder and Benefactor land houses for the Baron 3 pledge seem still not to be there. I only see the water based founder ships for Baron.
