    I found out about SoTA a few weeks ago and decided to pick it up the day after the wipe. I'm really enjoying the game. I never played UO but I've been playing MMOs of some kind since EQ was released. I've been looking for something to really get into and play. I ended up going to single player online for now as I wonder the areas around Soltown and not have to fight for mats to craft items. I just wanted to pop in and say "Heya!" .

    I'm 27 hours time played so far. I found I enjoy gathering mats more then I should. See a tree, gotta chop it down. Is that a cotton bush, grabbing that cotton. Look! copper or iron ore...mine mine mine. It has four legs and is covered in fur, well I need that fur more then they do.

    I've been taking my time questing around Soltown. I kind of feel like Batman at this point with finding things through detective work, solving crimes, and killing (err....beating senseless) evil. Still learning little ends and out as things come up. Still a lot of reading and researching going on but I'm really enjoying my time game. All the links and such have been extremely helpful. Looking forward to future updates.
