Since i haven't really been playing the game since R10 before the final wipe, i am positively surprised of how the game feels like was promised a few years ago. At least for me the devs captured the old Ultima feeling "what the heck i am supposed to do now - yay no hand holding" in a good kind of way. Loving the exploration aspect even if many of the scenes are not finished.

I'm excited to see how the story works out and the game keeps developing.

Whether it's good or bad, it's one heck of a journey to be part of for sure.

Still the game that was shown during the Kickstarter looked different. More like a single player RPG with the option to go online. Which was much cooler than the MMO we have now...

Yeah, i think you are right in that one. I'm surprised how "mmo" this game is. If i remember right the game was quoted something like "single player with an option of selective multiplayer" but to be honest i enjoy the more UO approach.

To think of it maybe the heading of the post was a little inaccurate but for me they caught the old times feeling which i appreciate.
