Ok, roommate and I have some pretty high end systems. Roommate: Intel I7 6700k 32gig DDR4 3600 memory SC+ 980ti 8gb video card m.2 SSD and when walking and turning the video jerk and some times spins you around. My system is a bit lower AMD 8 core, 8 gig ddr3 memory and a R7 370 video card. Exactly the same problem with mine. So what is wrong. We both tried all sorts of settings. from max to medium. Fastest to best graphics. No change. This is not playable, specially when trying to do combat and it spins you around.
Try couple things here. 1) run graphic in auto mode. 2) turn off name plate (default to N key) 3) make sure your video driver doesn't have some settings that would override the game video config. 4) temporary disable anti virus or exclude SotA game folder. 5) press tab to play in cursor mode Any of these make any difference?
1) run graphic in auto mode. Already set to this 2) turn off name plate (default to N key) No difference 3) make sure your video driver doesn't have some settings that would override the game video config. All to defaults 4) temporary disable anti virus or exclude SotA game folder. Tried this no difference 5) press tab to play in cursor mode Tried this no difference also prefer the normal way But with roommate having 4 times the memory and double the speed of memory and way way better graphics card and far faster cpu. it cannot be our systems, must be programming or Unity. UO ran smooth and no loading our 15 year old systems.
Go into the game options and disable tooltips and the thing that automatically keeps track of your skills. There's a thread in the hardware forum about this too! https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/f...eze-every-15-seconds.56009/page-3#post-606591
I'm on an HD editing rig and I have the same issues, you're not alone! My buddy who plays on a computer built in the stone ages has less issues.
I have the same issues on two machines (one highend one low end one windows 10 one windows 7) temporary pauses while turning/moving.
