    I have the same issue that this report in another release.

    I have tested multiple times and I am always blocked.

    ADDED: I have found a workaround after multiple hours:
    I have disabled Conversation Close-Ups.
    And I say: Follow me

    After the quest continue, but he don't heal Gawain
