R32 Land Rush status

Doing a run, updating the spreadsheet. The world is getting more populated and feeling a bit less empty, but don't worry, there are quite a few really nice lots (town included) on the west side of Novia!

 

Plenty of space in Northwood still, with lots almost sitting on the bank and crafter pavilion.

 

It certainly seems more cluttered, but I don't know if I've seen an uptick in the number of people I run into. I wonder if a lot of them are in single player online? Claiming but hanging out somewhere else?

 

Found a lovely lot in Brittany Field's orchards. Someone snagged my #1 choice within less than 1 second of my attempted claim -- but I got my second choice across the street!

@LoneStranger - I claimed and ran around almost exclusively in SPO for the landrush. Didn't want people knowing where I was looking. More players should be up as the rush progresses and, more likely, as it concludes.

Also, I much prefer SPO for harvesting resources, which is one of my favorite aspects of the game. I wager a lot of players are dodging having to compete with others in that way, and are opting to play SPO as well.

Up to and including Group 52 there are (by my calculations) 2390 lots that could have been placed and we have 1207+123=1330 in the spreadsheet, 56%. Normal disclaimer about not including POTS, inaccuracy of the spreadsheet and age of the numbers in the groups of course applies.

 

Braemar is down to 1 Village lot and Kingsport only has 4 left! Grab 'em while they're hot!

 

Not long now. Quick question on abandoning a lot; If I find I don't want one and go for another one, can I abandon it and use my deed on another lot without any consequences?

 

Yes, just claim the new lot with the used lot deed and it will confirm you want to transfer.

 

When does group 53 start ? Says 11.00 UTC which is 11pm tonight uk time ??

 

UTC != BST. 11:00pm UTC is 12:00am BST
