Silver and Gold Ingot production

    Is there any recipe to use my scrap for silver and gold ingot creations? I spend all day in the mines getting silver only to run out in 15 minutes of master work practice.

    Hoping there is something coming to create more ingots for gold and silver pretty please :)

    There were more scrap recipes in beta, but they've since been removed. Even at that point I don't think there was ever a gold/silver one.

    There used to be a copper scrap recipe that used 'copper scraps', which I'm pretty sure never even existed.

    I would probably farm gold and then buy silver off the market. Silver ore is about 80g but sometimes you can find it even cheaper. Unless you have epic mining skills, mining silver will be a slog.

    My mining is high (80's) but still only get about 40 silver per run in Elysium mines...I am not very wealthy so purchasing of mats doesn't appeal to me.

    Now, if the art of smelting could somehow have bonus yield at higher levels, perhaps this would push me to work production skills higher (HINT HINT)

    There are recipes for gold and silver ingots from scrap but it's from gold and silver scrap respectively.

    80 gold for a silver ingot AWSOME, will be nice when some kind of actual economy starts to stabilize, right now players are getting exhoberant prices as they can ask anything and other just pay for it :-(

    80g for silver ore is an awesome price actually. not sure what youre asking for.

    [edit] dont forget theres a lot of uses for silver. therefore the price goes up. so far imo the economy works. [/edit]

    80?!?!?! PM me the location please and I'll ensure they're not anymore :D. I believe I'm selling the cheapest silver in Owl's Head right now with around 3000 @125 but others are around 140 to 150.

    I don't think they are still supposed to be in-game, but there are these recipes sold by Norman in Owl's Head:

    Gold Ingot from Gold Scraps
    1x Chunk of Coal
    12x Gold Scrap
    1x Gold Ore
    1x Smelting Tongs
    1x Ingot Mold

    Silver Ingot from Silver Scraps
    1x Chunk of Coal
    12x Silver Scrap
    1x Silver Ore
    1x Smelting Tongs
    1x Ingot Mold

    I think these are leftovers from when there were individual metal scrap types and I don't think you can actually get Gold or Silver scraps now.

    I did find the 2 recipes to use scrap gold and scrap silver to make ingots. I added them to my crafting book, just in case there will be future availability of these said scraps :)

    I wish you could use those to create armor and weapons honestly. Silver weapons to kill undead and gold armor to look awesome doing it.

    Ok, the nerfed the silver spawn rates. Current best price for silver is about 120g/ore but prices range all the way up to 250g/ore.
