Fishing lvl 40

Where is there a trainer to train lvl 40 in fishing, got to lvl 40 but cannot find anyone to train me.

Yes there is many sites to tell you where all the COMBAT masters are but not the non-combats.

 

Every crafting trainer in the game can teach you that.
Look for an NPC crafting pavillion, there will be two people, one will sell crafting supplies the other crafting training.

 

The master crafting trainer is in desolis
