Where are pine trees?

    Does anyone know where pine trees are now that Greymark Forest's pine trees have all transformed into maples? Its funny to me that its easier to craft a full set of armor than a brown dye.

    I feel your pain. There's an area with almost instant respawn maple, but finding pine is like pulling teeth. I need 24 per pine wand craft and it's an awful experience compared to gathering maple.

    Did you try the Naryad "Pinelands"? West of Brittany. Northwestern area of the map by the POT Astoria.

    I can confirm. This was a great suggestion :) Every harvestable tree has been pine so far.

    Crag Foothills is where I farm out my XP and get my pine wood. It's a 5 skull area full of Elves, Elder Wolves, Bear Patriarchs, and Hardened Undead. All of the trees are Pine trees, so I chop them while farming XP there. It's not littered with a ton of trees though. It's just good for when you want to multitask XP and pine wood gains.

    HAHA...i have no issue with pine. From what i have seen there are more pine than maple. Go to the low level scenes. And random encounters is almost always pine as well. LOL
