Problem with the telethon

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes. I watched the entire telethon, got my buy in in the first half hour or so, thought I got a confirmation, but the next day when I checked emails, there was nothing. I talked to Starr (blatant name drop) at The Syndicate conference last weekend and he asked that I submit a bug report. The item I was buying was the white wings but it doesn't look like it went through. Can you hepl?
