Updated Estgard scene severely damaged existing lots

    My wife and I have lots side by side in one corner of Estgard. The description of the new scene said there would be no changes to the existing lots. This is patently false. In our case:

    a) The road along one side of our lots is now on the other side of the wall

    b) Our lots were rotated 180 degrees. In addition to there now being an unretrievable piece of medium sized fence somewhere in the middle of our house (I was able to get one out that was partially visible), the entire look/feel of the lots is ruined. Instead of facing a road with a nice open area across from them, they now face a bunch of ugly row houses. We would have never chosen these lots if we'd known such utterly UGLY changes to the lots themselves were going to be made. I assume I can get the last piece of fence by tearing down the house.

    Regardless, the changes to Estgard are rather unfortunate and do *not* match what was said about what they would be.

    Please accept our deepest apologies for this terrible mistake. You are completely correct that this is very wrong. Hutch is fixing this as I write this. Your lots will be rotated back to the original facing, the road will be restored and the wall will be moved to the other side of the road, well away from your homes. This will be done by this evening and patched tomorrow morning.

    And thanks devs for committing to similar safeguards for future un-clonings. At least one of us in Yew are apprehensive about what the future may have in store.

    I just wanted to say that this response by the devs to fix the OP's problem is fantastic. I settled in Storm's Reach and will face an un-cloning someday and I now feel completely at ease with the process. Thank you Starr and Attenwood for taking care of your backers so wonderfully. While not every issue can be so black and white, I feel my backing of this project was money well spent.
