    Violation is a fellow community member who volunteered extensive time, effort, and money to make this event happen. YOU are not in a POSITION to make demands with regards to this event.

    Donate or not but I find your attitude extremely offensive to the entire community, especially those supporting this event.

    PS: Offending a heartless old bastard is nearly impossible. Congratulations on your success.

    Let's stop arguing about funding, this is ridiculous. I want the community to be involved in a fun convention event by the community, not sucked into a funding drama in the forums.

    If you have further consistently probing questions of this kind, take it to PM, it stops here. I know we're trying to seek an answer, but some of you are pushing this way way too far for this general announcement thread.

    Any further drama and arguments of excessiveness here will be removed.

    The time/space/monetary continuum ( time off work/distance to travel/coffers are low) is preventing me from being able to attend :( but I do wish you all the best for an amazing event and please share photos and stories with us.

    Just sent Portalarium the remainder of their travel money... now to get the rest of the money raised to pay for the hotel and conference rooms!!! Thanks all for the support so far... as of Monday we're 47 room rentals short of our contract and, as of today, have another 104 tickets available for attendees.

    Stay tuned for this week's @Sir Stile Teckel garb page release and next week's Portalarium release for even more exciting information!

    The 104 tickets would sell out quickly if we can confirm a virtual in game trinket will be provided to anyone purchasing a ticket.

    It would be better to have them go to attendees! Also, VIPs have all given suggestions and the ball is in Portalarium's court (as in... devs... so the royal court... punny!) Okay, bad jokes aside, they're aware of the request from attendees and coordinators and have said they're discussing. Beyond that there isn't much I can say, sorry.

    Probably sell quickly or get a few more sponsors (that don't attend) if a special hat or other in-game products for SOtACon Sponsor/attendees.
