Details: While walking in Soltown there's a loud sound (similar to someone blowing into a microphone or breathing heavily into their headset), definitely out of place
Steps to Reproduce: Go to this location: Area: Soltown (Novia_R1_City_Soltown) Loc: (-7.8, 27.5, 70.9) walk S/SW to the right of the tree toward location: Area: Soltown (Novia_R1_City_Soltown) Loc: (-10.4, 28.6, 64.6). You should hear the sound
User Specs: i7-6700k @ 4.00 GHz, 16GB RAM, GTX 980, Win10

 

This happened to me in Soltown here as well:
- Start at loc: Area: Soltown (Novia_R1_City_Soltown) Loc: (-39.3, 26.8, -20.8) and head into town N/NE (after about 5-6 steps) to Area: Soltown (Novia_R1_City_Soltown) Loc: (-38.6, 26.7, -13.5) and the same sound plays.

I then restarted SotA to see if it was a session problem and I then experienced the loud sound at 51% of loading screen for Soltown. Then walking in the same two spots above also caused the same noise/sound. It only happens walking in the specific direction I mentioned, walking backwards or the opposite direction doesn't play the sound.
