Desolis town crier is tired of the mail

    Title: Desolis town crier is tired of the mail

    Blocker? for mail quests
    Details:
    The Desolis town crier does not recognize his mail package (Mail Package for Desolis) that is in my inventory, and does not open the trade window. Note this is already a 'new' mail package, received after I answered I wanted to do a far delivery. (I think I got it in Solania, not sure)
    On keyword 'mail' he does deny me new mail because now he sees I do have a mail package. Only he does not want to read it.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16346
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series GPU RAM: 2030
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.392.Date.09.14.16
    Area: Novia_R4_City_Desolis
    Loc: (-299.2, 117.9, -112.5)

    He does not mention the 100g on first visit either, btw.

    I had the same result with this town crier. Regional mail in my inventory, but I dont get any way to deliver the mail to him. Also no $100gp text.

    Similar experience on my end.

    Went to deliver the mail, the chap didn't want any.
    And no 100gp reward either for visiting the town crier.

    several of the other criers do this as well, soltown, solania and ardoris, its like the quest just bugs out

    the Desolis town crier accepted my mail package and "gave" me a new one for soltown. I don't have that mail package in my inventory, and i can't deliver it in soltown and the soltown town crier says i already have mail to be delivered.
    i did get the 100g from every town crier so far...

    Next update will fix this. It's only if you have the old mail packets with the new patch. The legacy turn-in was broken.

    I came to report this same bug. I picked up a (regional) mail package in Spite (during build 393) that was to be delivered to Desolis.

    After patching to build 394, the Desolis Town Crier does not accept the package for him. He also did not offer me the 100g for first visit to him. He won't give me a new mail package to deliver either since he sees the one I already have.

    Found the issue with Desolis town crier, will be fixed next build.

    I can confirm the bug with build 396.
    Additionally the "Mail Package" cannot be destroyed, so that other town criers wont give me new mail delivery jobs.

    QA.397 Desolis Town Crier will Still not accept his mail package. I just got it in 396.

    He simply says "I have no mail to give you"
