Bug report envelope points to wrong forum

    Details:
    Bug report envelope opens a browser window at Release 33 Bug Forum instead of Release 34 QA Forum. Don't recall if this went to the appropriate QA forum on previous QA builds, though!

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Enter game.
    2. Click the envelope icon in upper right.
    User Specs:
    Linux 64-bit QA build 393
