    Yes. I got tons of those pristine patriarch heads but killed polar bears for hours to find just one. Crazy RNG.

    AFAIK, only the Obsidian Bear is bugged (by giving out Patriarch heads). The others should be ok. I don't know what the secret one is, but I guess with all the talk I assumed it was a troll.
