1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. Bumping is allowed once per week, if the new post contains information that is meaningful to the original thread (i.e. price updates).

    Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    Following my last auction, I am continuing to uncover the "fair" price for various lot sizes. I'll walk the talk and do another auction to find out. I should add that it came at great cost in the last auction... haha :D

    Here's one for a Taxable Place Anywhere City Lot Deed.
    (Priced at $1,050 in store, but not available for purchase now)

    Starting Bid: $50
    Minimum Increment: $50
    Buyout Price: $1500
    Currency: USD Paypal (Friends & Family). Open to full/partial payment in SC (1.2 SC to 1 PP), Gold (1.5K to 1 PP).

    Rules:

    1. Preference is for you to place bids in this thread. I will take bids via PM, but I will announce the final winner in the interest of transparency.

    2. Auction ends at 12 noon (Singapore time) on 6 Oct. Bids in the last 15 minutes of latest end time will extend end time by 15 mins. For example, if someone bids at 11:48 AM, the end time will be extended 12:15 PM. Another bid between 11:48 AM to 12:15 PM will extend end time to 12:30 PM. So on and so forth.

    3. I reserve the right at my sole discretion to not sell to buyers that have a history of not honoring their deals.

    So how about if this money purse from this gentleman *thtoc* was added to the little token of appreciation? *looks into said purse * well another $50 on top? Then the widows' fund of choice could be granted something special as well , and I've seen how fond you are of visiting those red lantern seamstress guild.
    So $550 to make that disappearing and reappearing act come true? I always did think your fingers had a touch of magic.
