Cannot interact with blacksmith in Kiln

    You cannot talk to / interact with the blacksmith in Kiln. The mouse arrow doesn't change color when you put it over him, and when you click/double click on him, nothing happens.

    I just ran into the same thing and am unable to interact with Teden Oswald at all.
