    Title: Blink Failing to Teleport
    Reproduction Rate: 100% in 10 tries within the area around Loc
    Details: Roving encounter has spawned outside the accessible world
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Blink, press where you wish to teleport on a tile that is marked as a possible destination. Character will remain stationary whilst using reagents and leveling.
