    I did the oracle quest last night at 8PM eastern. I tried again today at 230PM eastern and tells me I'm too early.

    100% repeat.

    @Duke Death-Knell @Glimo

    I think it took a 24 hour period for it to set itself correctly after the launch as I noticed this as well. If it does occur again, please let us know. Thanks!

    OK. 11:05AM eastern and it tells me I'm not eligible, too soon.

    Uh oh! Does this occur with *all* Oracles or just one? Please give us the location so I can add that info. (use /loc please) Thanks!

    I know that's what the patch notes say, but I have not found that to be true. Every day around 8pm Eastern, I can test again. (which would be midnight UTC) Have tried Kingsport, Ardoris, and Rift's End.

    @Glimo - interesting!

    If you see more evidence of that would you kindly submit it as a separate bug? Thanks!

    I have had the above issue twice as well. I did the oracle test well before midnight EST, coincidentally after midnight UTC, and the next day the oracle says it is too early. This was in Aerie just now Area: Aerie (Novia_R7_City_Aerie) Loc: (135.8, 35.9, 76.7)

    The last several days, I've seen it resetting every day at 7pm Eastern. That would be midnight UTC. I know the patch notes say Eastern, but that's not what it seems.

    It resets at midnight UTC, which is conveniently my local time. I have visited the oracle at 23:55 and then ten minutes later at 00:05 and took the test both times.

    It is Eastern time as that's where the servers are, as stated by Port. Not sure if the Daylight Savings time that just happened a few weeks ago affects it.

    The patch notes are wrong, which is why there are these bugs. Like Wintermute, I've confirmed this several times by checking in just before midnight UTC, and then checking in right after. Can double up that way, if you haven't checked in the day before.

    No, it isn't.

    UTC is always UTC. Your local offset from UTC changes with Daylight Savings, UTC does not.
