Central Brittany texture issue

    The fishing building at the docks of Central Brittany have jumbled textures on the wall in the upstairs area.

    The Fishing building is having incorrect textures on the walls at the 2nd floor of the building.

    I have found the exact same problem/texture in Greenfall (Hidden Vale) on the second floor of both the tavern and the blacksmith.
    Bank and alchemist seem to have the correct walls
