    Hey guys, sorry very new to the game, and im trying to play offline, how does one buy housing in offline game???

    welcome Suralus to SotA... my guess is, you can buy it from a House Deed Vendor NPC found in most main towns or cities... again this is just a guess, haven't played Offline much... ^_^

    Can someone please verify this, because i did went to Brittain, and could not find the House Deed Vendor. Please help is greatly appreciated! Thank You!

    Did you check on the second floor of the bank? Apologies if you already knew to check there.

    There should be a vendor up there who sells the deeds. (I too have not made it that far offline, but I'll see what I can do now ...)

    I've found an Estate agent in Ardoris (2nd floor of the bank) - but they do not seem to have any deeds to sell. I suspect it's not implemented yet.

    k found the guy in britain, 2nd floor in central Britain bank...it was selling houses, but no Lot Deed?

    I'm trying to play this offline to due to learn the game...its bit overwhelming online. And I'm trying to concentrate on learning the housing/farming. Is there a way i can buy the Deed, because it seems i can't buy Land in OFFLINE version. Help greatly appreciate it.
