Question about the new resistance gems.....

    So if I use the new "ward" gems, and use the thaumaturgy gem to get +20 to life resistance. Will I now get healed less?

    No, ward gems only apply to negative abilities. If it got applied erroneously to a heal (cant happen currently) it would actually increase the heal by about 8%.

    In their current form the ward gems are completely useless except for a dedicated tank in a group of at least 5 people.
