I've played literally hundreds of games single player and MMO and something always bugged me. Why haven't I seen NIKE armor sets, or bottles of Coca cola in game? Tik Tak energy bars. etc. Wouldn't one of these real life produce producers want to advertise their products within a game?

They most certainly would like to advertise in game however the content providers usually don't want to sell the option to them.

If you go back to some of the early testing forum notes you will see some sponcers like Alienware who teamed up with Port and did contests and drawings and things. Port also teams up with other games frequently offering add-ons in both games that give you some special item in both.

Guess you haven't come across the Razer flags in game yet.

Most of the Advertisers products would break immersion too. At least with Razer it's because the CEO of Razer was put in the game as a character with a role in the main quest storyline.

The Razer logo isn't out of place either visually speaking, specially the ones you see in Ardoris. You wouldn't give them a second glance or thought if you weren't familiar with the company logo.
