    Details: There is currently two instances of this particular NPC (in Kingsport). Both appear to be on the same schedule.

    All lamplighters are currently named Jack. This is currently expected.

    The schedule, however, is off. Let me write a ticket to have it reviewed.

    Understood. The two Jacks were overlapping each other when they walked, stopping and performing the same actions at the same time.
