[Known] Can no longer reply to whisper with /r

    Title: Can no longer reply to whisper with /r
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
    Details: No matter what mode I am in (party, local, etc) I can no longer reply to a whisper by typing /r. I have to type /w name, in order to whisper back. A guildmate doesn't have this problem, so I guess it is not universal.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16324
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 GPU RAM: 3020
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.546.Date.01.27.17
    Area: OverworldIsland
    Area Display Name: Hidden Vale
    Loc: (253.5, -4.4, 291.4)
