Necklace of Civility

My first artifact gives +5 Adventurer level.
When equipped I have +21 Health and +24 Focus.
That's all? No +stats which we get when going alvl up?
That's poor. I don't feel any stronger against mobs, which are now gren instead of yellow instead of orange...

 

When you level up your stats don't increase. You need to level them separatly. Only focus and health increase with your level

 

I believe the biggest advantage is the chance to potentially drop the threat level of enemies against you. Some yellow may become green, orange -> yellow, and red -> orange. From this perspective, without any bonus to stats at all, it can quickly become very powerful as your combat calculations can alter drastically based on this.

If it's not altering those calculations though, than it might just not be working as expected and should be submitted as a bug for review if it hasn't already.

 

I thought chance to hit goes up when enemies change color from yellow to green, etc.

 

As I said, the colors are changing, but I don't feel any difference. Man +5 adv levels is quite a lot, that MUST be an essential difference.

 

+5 levels at level 95 (reach lvl 100) how many millions of experience can be? 200 Millions?

maybe it's necessary to add a SPECIAL FLUORISH GREEN EFFECT aroud player when he reach LVL 100.. (with fireworks launch automatically every 10 seconds)

 

The difference in level between you and the mob has a very dramatic impact on your ability to score a hit.

 

I would assume that. But as my miss rate is at about 40-50% right now I think it just dont work as intended.

 

That +5 from 90 to 95 for me is pretty awesome though the speech changes drive me nuts. Assume, passives, bass, brass, class, mass etc. are not swear words! And I am most certainly not figuratively laughing out loud

 

With a name like Necklace of Civility, I would not expect its purpose to be to help me fight.

 

The necklace encourages those who would wish to fight you to rethink things and behave more... civilly.

 

"Civilized" folk typically have this strange notion that dominance in warfare = peace. Thats my take on the necklace, anyway.

My favorite so far is noob and newb turn into inexperience player A bunch of us have been going through words to try and find all the changes.

 

I don't think it's working right either. I did an experiment by fighting fero red spiders with it on and then fought them with a necklace that gives me +3 strength and +3 dexterity. The fight was always significantly more difficult with the Necklace of Civility on.

 

File a bug report if u haven't already!

 

If they change colors then it should be easier, the chance to hit goes up.

 

Oh. I thought if your level goes up, your chance to hit goes up no matter what the color. That would explain why I'm not seeing any boost from the necklace.
