[Known] Earth Elementals cannot attack across water

    1. Title: Earth Elementals cannot attack across water
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details:Earth elementals can be killed across the water without being able to counterattack
    5. Steps to Reproduce:go to 2nd level of elysium mines and shoot earth elementals with bow
    6. User Specs:-
    Area: Elysium Mines (Novia_R11_Hills01_ElysiumMines) Loc: (-55.0, -20.1, 142.5)

    As a side note you can also spawn 5 fauns and farm silver / diamonds all day with impunity. [Exploit]
