[Known] Slow down spot along road - 546 - been there for several release

    4: along the road from and to going north from brittany the road slows down ( just like it does off terrain ) for several yards then it sort of jumps and starts back normally again.
    5: look at pic and go along that road to be brittany, you will see it slow down a bit and start back normally once you reach the middle of brittany.. the same the other direction of course..

    NOTE: Cordinates in pic.. :)
