What Lets Play of Richard would you want?

I asked myself if i would enjoy Let's Play Videos of other Games from Richard or any other Developer.

I would.

Currently in the top of my wish list -

Richard aka Lord British playing "The Forest"

Why? - i would love to see his playing style and strategy of course. Wonder if he stays cool in situations during game play.
But also judgement on the Tribes in that Game, the Cannibals, the Behaving the Games has given them.
As i know he is fond of old tribes.
And creepy stuff also.

So my wish list : Richard playing "The Forest"
Would definatly watch and enjoy.

Probably any Game. If Retro, his own Akalabeth play through or a Arcade Space Invaders.


What SotA Dev would you enjoy watching playing what Game?


Also Chris playing Everquest, Lum the Mad playing DAOC , TPhilipp showing a Game he loved. No clue what his favorite is.

Maybe that can be part of telethon?

 

I would want him to play The Witcher 3 or Skyrim and I would love to hear his opinion about the storytelling and the questdesign in those games.

 

I'd love to see him put his creativity to use on a game like minecraft. I bet he'd have a fun time, too.

 

Where is the fun if he pretty much dose what he is famous for anyway?
Let him play CS:GO or Battlefield or something like that ^^

 

He has mentioned Skyrim in some of the dev chats/telethons. Mostly in relation to not wanting to be lead around by a pointer to go here, there, etc.

Fortunately Skyrim ist much more than that. I would be more interested in what he has to say about the quality and presentation of the quests, the lore and the world with it's simulated inhabitants.

 

For just Richard, I'd want to see him play through Ultima VIII: Pagan and have him explain the world, how it fits into his vision of the series, and where he wanted to take us next (separate from what Ascension actually became).

For the team, hook up a phone with mirroring software so we can see it on the stream (but the other devs cant) and have them play something like Keep Talking and No One Explodes. Collaborative gaming is fun in a group. Also, classic games from other companies like Thief, Ultima Underworld, Baldur's Gate, or Morrowwind would be fun.

 

Fortunately they are not taking anything from Skyrim. I would recommend play Morrowind, Planescape Torment and Fallout 1 as example of best single RPG experiences in last 20 years (plus some modern ones like TW).

 

I would watch him play Meridian 59 or maybe the Secret World would be fun.

 

Their own D&D campaign.

 

And its actually amazingly easy to do with Twich. Install one app, get a Twich account, start streaming your screen. I do it all the time although not many people end up watching lol (most I have had is 5 at one time).

 

Far Cry Primal in Survivor mode. From this he could borrow some of the best taming/pet interaction mechanics. And stealth/cover/line of sight engagement/smart pathing AIs/collision perfection/etc. I know it is an FPS, but a lot of it is similar.

I agree. Watching him play other games like Dark Souls, Doom, Watch Dogs 2, etc. would be fun.
