Every time I get one of these options during an enchantment upgrade it feels like I'm getting a slug in my upgrade options.

I thought all the "on hit" were based on you getting hit and not hitting a mob?

My on hit chest gives me dex when I get hit. Is it opposite for wands?

I think that armor works that way. I believe weapons are proc's that have a chance to occur when you hit something with them. I'm not sure though. Does anyone know the answer to this for sure?

Weapons is chance when you hit enemy, armor is when you take damage.

Yea the on hit for wands is exactly like a slug in your deck, I agree. I cant think of many players who are actually using their wand or staff to hit enemies. I would like if these were removed also.

Really hate those archers and bandit/skeleton fire mages. The best way to deal with them is to close in and hammer them with my staff to interrupt their firing/casting while pounding them with ice/earth fist. Bad habit I know :)

Very situational so am neutral on the subject.
