Salvage

Hi Everyone,

I've done some searching and haven't been able to find anything on any salvage issues. I'm currently trying to salvage with an artisan smithing hammer on a kobold hammer and the salvage button won't light up for me to attempt to salvage it. I have tried placing it on the table menu, tried leaving it in my backpack - and nothing. I can't seem to salvage. What am I doing wrong?

Any help or advice is appreciated.

Put it on a carpentry table and it should work.
