[Known]Dion will not give me key

    1. Reproduction Rate:100%
    2. Blocker?yes stops me from completing quest
    3. Details:see below
    4. Steps to Reproduce:Talk to Dion use all words underlined.
    5. User Specs:GTX 965 top of the line ASUS Gamer computer.

    I am currently working the Dagger Quest and have made it to Kiln. I found Dion who tells me to go Artifice through Blackblade Pass. He then hands me a key (I assume for Artifice) but I do not get the key. I have repeated the steps numerous times with the same result. I cannot get the key in my inventory.

    Key is for Blackblade Pass so isn't a blocker (though it is a bug and you should be getting it)

    Yeah same issue unable to get a key or new journal entry when talking to Dion in Kiln.
