Details: Pressing a number key for the combat hot-bar shows a red underline beneath the utility bar.

@Barugon Are you still seeing this? We're not able to reproduce it internally.

 

In the screenshot below, I had just pressed 1 and 2 to combine the Aimed Shot glyphs. The utility bar's second glyph is highlighted red because "2" was the last key I pressed.

 

I see this, too, and have been seeing it since the utility bar was introduced. It is 100% reproducible, all I have to do is hit "z" to enter combat, then hit any number 1-0 on keyboard and the combat card will play (if one is up) and the corresponding utility card will be underlined in red. I've just been ignoring it because it doesn't seem to actually do anything.
