[Info needed] Odd Screen Upon Character Creation

***Disclaimer - I have been away for quite a while. I looked to see if this was a reported bug, but did not locate anything.

Description: I deleted my character and redid her. Upon logging into Isle of Storms, everything was as you see in the pic below.
Reproduction rate: 100%
Blocker: No
Details: I deleted my character and upon logging in to Isle of Storms, everything was black & white. The only way to correct it was to completely exit the game and relaunch the client.
Steps to Reproduce: Create a new character. In my case, I deleted one and recreated her several times. Each time the problem was the same.

OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit
CPU: i5 4690kCPU@3.5GHzkCPU
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

@Fionwyn Wyldemane Unfortunately, this has to do with your AMD Radeon R9 200 Series. We are working on making the experience better for all users. Were you eventually able to get through Isle of Storms?
