Mininum salvage Skill to get pattern?

    I don't believe there is a minimum skill, just a very low chance to get a pattern. I haven't even heard confirmation that higher skill increases the chance of salvaging a pattern.

    I salvaged hundreds of kobold hammers and got 1 pattern... I'm still salvaging but no luck since that first one... :(
