[KNOWN]No green indicator for ferry boats when in reticle mode on overland map

Title: Icons for ferry boats not showing when in reticle mode

Details: When in reticle mode on the overland map, there is no green indicator when pointing towards the ferry boat. You still get the tool tip text (e.g. "Novia"). There used to a green cog wheel to indicate that the correct boat is "in view" and ready to be activated for the ferry.

Expected would be some kind of indicator that the ferry can be accessed when in reticle mode. Right now - we "know/remember" that left clicking the mouse would access the ferry, but there is no other indication of how to access the boat.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) On overland map, go to a ferry boat while in reticle mode.
2) Point view towards ferry boat
3) Observe tool tip text for ferry boat destination (e.g. "Novia"), but observe lack of "green" indicator to show that the ferry boat can be accessed.
