[Known]New recipes in recipe book automatically

Are these supposed to be purchased? They show up in book automatically:

right i bought one and wondering it says i have alrdy lerned it..but i can consume it all other alrdy in my book

Just checked my recipe book and I have them all as well!

 

The ones in my book were not re-teachable, they became re-teachable after I bought and learned the recipes.

i do, but i actually double-clicked the recipes even after noting they were in my book.
