    He is in Owl's Head, but need also Wooden Crossbow Stock... =/ Doesnt seem any recipe on this...

    I got Crossbow recipe in Ardoris, no stock recipe that I can find though.

    FYI - There are recipes for maple and pine crossbow stocks on sotawiki.net. I just followed that. The recipe is discoverable. :)

    Bug or feature?!
    The Crossbow has the same Damage and Critical chance as the Longbow, without the Strength Bonus.
    And of course you only get the benefits from one vs. two (Longbow) strings.

    I realy hope this is a Bug...

    Edit:
    The Combat and out of Combat Animation with the Crossbow is also heavily broken.

    Edit2:
    It's also not possible to place the Crossbow as decoration.

    If this is true about the damage, that kinda sucks...especially since it requires 18 timber (10 for stave, 8 for stock) to craft. There should be different benefits for either weapon (also, speaking of which, short bow could use some love...absolutely no point in using one...ever)

    I think slower rate of fire but more Damage was the plan.
    It takes some time to cock a Crossbow.

    sucks that the crossbow can not be socked.. enchanted nor master worked.. or is that a bug?

    The crossbow has a critical damage multiplier of 2.5 whereas a longbow is 2.

    I am unable to masterwork, gem socket or enchant the crossbow. Is this intentional?

    faster rate of fire and no damage , means it its eaten by damage resit..... worthless
