[Known] Can't open placed backpacks

Title: Can't open placed backpacks

Details: I have a backpack (Supplies) placed on my property. Prior to R41, I could leave it on the ground and open it to access it's contents. That is no longer the case.
Steps to Reproduce: Place a backpack on the ground, try to open/access it.
User Specs:
OS: Mac OS X 10.12.4
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6920HQ CPU @ 2.90GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 460 OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 4096

Same here, I cannot open a placed backpack Additionally, my backpack has been knocked over...lol. All the backpacks in this crafting house have been (which is likely why I can't get mine open - wrong orientation).
