Details: I salvaged my leaf shield at the blacksmithing station to get the eternal pattern from it. After doing so I attempted to reshape a crafted shield with it but the station said I did not have any patterns but I did. I closed the station and came back in several times with the same result.

Steps to Reproduce: closed station. came back in and tried to put the recipe ingredients into table to reshape shield but station doesn't see the eternal pattern.

User Specs: windows 8.1. 64 bit operating system.
