Title: Cannot see required skill level for recipe

Details:I cannot see the required level for a recipe prior to having all the materials. Tried to make a chest and it told me I needed to be level 40. That was only showing ones I had all materials on the table to craft it. There seems to be no other way to actually see this. The recipe was taught to me by another player. Purchased recipes that are too high for me I cannot even learn.
