[Known]Spite - NPC Smelly Bob give no emote /huzzah

    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker?no
    4. Details:I tested all 4 buttons, there are no keywords .. tested some random words but he give no emote. a friend tested it too.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: speak to him and try to get /huzzah.
