[Fixed] Skill training indicators are too dark

    Title: Skill training indicators are too dark.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: The indicators for whether a skill is Not Training, Maintaining or Unlearning (Training is fine) are too dark and I can't see them unless I hover over the indicator.
    Steps to Reproduce: See screenshot below.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.10 Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15968
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.594.Date.04.27.17
    Area: PRT_island_metropolis_01/Parrot's Roost
    Area Display Name: Parrot's Roost
