[Known]"I" and "C" keys don't work when merchant / bank windows are open

The "I" key or "C" key no longer function when the bank window is open, or a merchant.

Update: telling the NPC "Goodbye" and closing that dialog, leaves the buy/sell/bank window open - and re-enables this functionality.

 

They dont open because the conversation window is open - this has been highlighted before, if you press escape and close the conversation window, i/c etc work now

 

Ahh.. that's very clunky/awkward that it hijacks the UI like that?

 

aye and more annoying still when you close the banker, but maybe didnt close the dialogue, you cant reopen the banker till you do!!!! (Im about to bug that)
